Prices
All the prices at www.aaideal.com include vat 15% and do not include delivery. For delivery and installation there is an extra charge (depends on the item)
Payment You can pay for your order by: Cash, Credit card.
Cancellations In case you wish to cancel your order for any reason, cancellation can take place after communicating with us by phone or e-mail, before your order has left the store.
Delivery Delivery can take place when stock is available. For small items can be delivered by courier service (Payment must be paid in full before delivery) Shipping of products take place the next working day from when we receive your order.
IDEAL HOME ELECTRIC has no responsibility for any delay or damage that happens during shipping.
Please check the products immediately so we can claim the legal compensation from the shipping company.
Availability
When the products you have ordered are not available, you will be informed by phone or e-mail for the exact time of their arrival. If you agree on the time of delivery you will have to answer back to us by e-mail, if you wish your order to remain active.
Products warranty
The warranty of products is that given by the manufacturer.
Returns
No returns are accepted unless in case of damage. Services All repairs are done in the companys workshop. All items which carry a warranty no charge will be given. |
