Return policy
Provided that the item is boxed and sold as new Unopened products
If you bought an item or received it as an unwanted gift and wish to return it,
you can do so at any IDEAL HOME ELECTRIC store within 28 days of delivery. As long as the packaging is unopened,
we’ll give you a full refund.

Opened products
If you bought an item online or by phone and are not completely satisfied with it,
you can return it for a full refund as long as you tell us within 7 days of delivery.
You can then return it to Limassol store and we’ll give you a full refund.
